I am missing 15 attribute points and my GF is missing 30. we both started out in prophecies and we checked both of the 2 attribute quests from the first GW and neither of us can get the quest. Did we do something wrong? how or if can we get those attributes? Thanks for any help in advance.

Go to Destiny's Gorge get the quest "The Forgotten Ones". This quest takes you to Sariss Yassith. He will then give you another quest "Forgotten Wisdom" this is the first 15 attribute point quest.
The second set is given to you from an NPC in Droknar's Forge. You need to be ascended, you need to complete one quest from her, and one from another NPC that you will talk to during her quest. When those are done she gives you the 15 point quest where you go meet her sister.

The second set of quests that Ondo is speaking of are, in order, Hero's Journey and Hero's Challenge. You get them both from the same NPC in Droknar's Forge, and you must be ascended in order to take those missions.

Yes, make sure that you are level 20. I am guilty of making that mistake before. Halfway through questing, I leveled up and thought to myself: "OH".

Actually you must be ascended and have completed one of the 5secondary proffesion quests to get The Hero's Challenge. You don't actually need to do the Hero's Journey to get it.

Ask sphinx said, no need to be level 20 at all. You just have to have ascended and completed at least one of the secondary profession quests to get the second 15 attribute quest.

The first 15 attribute quest is done in the desert and you don't have to be ascended.
