Hey all. Posted this same topic a few days ago, but came up with no response. I'm re-selling this bad boy and would greatly appreciate a check on it.

+15% (always)
Energy Regen. -1
Bleeding duration +33%
Enchantments last 20% longer

Not sure on the overall rarity of a piece like this, and thus not sure what price tag to slap on it. Thanks again.

Constant -1 energy regen isn't very nice for warrior. 50-60k I'd say.

30-35k engery regen -1 is nasty. if it were -5 engery 80k+
