need a pc on this bow pls:

Cold Damage: 15-28 (Requires 10 Marksmanship)
Energy +5
Armor +7 (vs. physical attacks)

EDIT: oh also, PC on dagger handle of dagger mastery+1(20%), forgot i had in storage...

i would say the dagger handle is going to be worth quite a bit.. check mods thread
also, i think the bow should be salvaged or sold @ merchant
