Sundering Golden Talons of Enchanting

Dmg 7-16 (req. 11 dagger)
Damage +15 (while enchanted)
Armor Penetration +20% (20% chance)
Enchantments last 19% longer

Is it worth anything? Or should i try and get the Sundering mod off it? Even though ill only get 5 wood most likely

I'd try and salvage for the Sundering as it is not max damage, of course you should probably get the opinion of a Guru as well.
