That happens every single time(well, sometimes it may have a pommel) on salvaging UN'Id FDS'. All you do is, well, salvage it and since it'd still UN'Id, it'll come out saying so.

Un-ID'd weapon mods like that can be useful for some players, as they can use it to unlock that mod for their own use in PvP Only characters.
Sure, it says everything that it already does, and it's not exactly a super highly desirable mod, but it could help the right player.
