People have been having problems for days now (see other thread). And yes, I too got and error 040 when warping to a new area (EU server) and now can't get past the char screen, error 013, whatever that is. I blame Shiro, Anet and NCsoft. I also blame Bush and that mexican tortilla I had yesterday.

This is quite a frustrating day. Its the hottest July day for a century, I had to work away today in an office where the air con was broke in front of a window with the blazing sun coming through, then my text messaging breaks so i can recieve messages but can't send them (cue texts from my girlfriend asking why I don't reply), then a do my ankle in so I can't play football tonight, and now code 013 is laughing at me!
