What elite skills can you get in the presearing if any?

Simple Answer: None
Long Answer: You would need a capture signet to get an elite skill and those aren't available until Lion's Arch.

You cannot get elite skills until the Crystal Desert in Tyria.

If you somehow managed to glitch the game into giving you a capture signet before lions arch you could cap barrage. But that is impossible. You could still cap some skills before crystal desert I think... But they are from quests that would spawn different bosses.

If you look through the Skills Listing, a huge link on the main site. Also available on practically every GW related web site, you'll notice that the skills generally have a listing of where you can get them.

Oddly enough, if you look at that list, you'll find out exactly which elite skills you can get from pre-searing.

It's a short list, for perhaps not-so-obvious reasons.
