I've never found out how to get rid of that annoying little toolbar.
My solution... www.getfirefox.com
I just found an extension for Firefox that lets me open an IE window inside of Firefox. Some financial websites only work with IE. Fortunately only one of mine use that ancient, bloated browser.

Can't you click and drag that thing up to your toolbar?
Tools->Manage Add-ons ?
Right click toolbar -> customize?

IE can't be uninstalled with Windows' own tools. Just block IE from a good firewall program and install a better browser.

So basically IE sucks. underling's suggestion isn't an IE option, but must be an add on. Removing IE isn't quite an option. I have Firefox already, but I prefer Avant Browser. Thanks for the help everyone, I will just live with it.
