I decided to get some faction, so I went into RA.

And with this team, we didn't go 10 in a row...

WE FLAWLESSED TEN IN A ROW.

We shoulda got like Extra Glad Points for that...

This is the SS after tenth win:

RA is a joke man..

Our Team:
BoonProt (the other mo)
BlindBot (the ele)
Rit Lord Spammer (The Rt)
And Me (I cant tell you my Leetsauce build, as it PWNS RA )

EDIT IN: Why Not more? WE coulda stayed all night in TA noone could even THINK about touching us....But in the First TA match, the Rit Lord Spammer had to go GvG.

Nice, I agree that RA is a joke. Any team with a half-decent monk does well.

People just put secondaries on them to stick a heal party in, which is a useless skill in RA.

I woulda been more scared that it was a noob if they HAD a secondary...

And Don't dis /r on Monk...Especially when you can't see the build. No other secondary woulda worked. People need to unglue themselves from the thought that monks suck unless they take /me energy management...(or /n for OoB like my other monk there)

You claim the other people are noobs and while you might have had more skill as a team over them, you being proud of this shows your quite new to the game.
Before the 10 win=TA update I used to have a lot of fun in CA.(competitive arenas thats what it was called before that horrid update) People were often easily able to go for 25 wins+
Me i had fun just watchin that fish in the outpost

You have alot of defense and healing in your team, and you think flawlessing is nice for your team? A shame there isnt anything lower than RA for lvl 20's..

You lucked out (or sync-entered) and got a decent build, now go back and randomly enter and see what your opposition had - most of them wont have had any healing at all, and completely unbalanced teams.

That said... yeah, RA is a joke. 4 players is much too few for random pairing, it should be 8 vs 8 so that the luck of the draw didn't determine the matches (as much).

Yeah, newb-griefing with twinked-out characters was very popular in the low-level arenas.
(For all I know it still is - I wouldn't enter the low-level arenas again if I got paid. It's bad enough in RA.)

Nope, not new. My Oldest character is 11 months old (And deleted him once). So I've been playing ~1 year. 1100+ hours played

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

To all of yall that said "Think about before the skip to TA update" <- Duh I realize that. It was NOTHING to see daily posts of 50+ consec wins in the low lvl arenas or RA at that time... Still isn't anything much to see that in low lvl arenas.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Quote: leaving you as main damage dealer (so you'd better have been an axe warrior or an assassin) You can see I'm a Monk in the picture >_> Not a Dmg Dealer either.

So Our team had NO primary offensive characters...and we pwnt most teams in under 2 minutes.

The only offensive spells we had for the Offensive Spirits the Ritualist brought, and the Lightning spells of the BlindBot.

only team that lasted awhile was a team we went up against that had 2 Monks on it also, and it was a complete stalemate for like 10 minutes.

In the TA match we were Pwning too, it was at like over 4 minutes and again none of us had even come close to dying, but then the Rit said he had to quit to go GvG. Then me and the other monk decided to just give up this match because the only offensive we had left was a blindbot....We just let ourselves die and went on with life.

By testing it myself, a good Ritualist is almost a win guarantee in RA. Having a good monk as well IS a 10 win streak. The ritualist cuts the damage down extremely efficient and unless someone brought specific counters towards ritualists there isn't much you can do to stop them from spamming their spirits left and right.

Displacement and Shadowsong take Rangers, Warriors and Assassins out of the game. Shelter points a huge middlefinger at Spikers of all kinds. Union cuts the damage even more down. If the enemy team fails to understand that a ritualist is even more important to take down than the monk, they will lose the match for sure. As it is now, MAAANYYY teams just ignore the ritualist completely and they probably will do so for a long time. After all, you STILL see Wa/Mos with Mending and Healing Hands around...

I got lots and lots of noob comments while i played my Ritualist. That strangely stopped after the second flawless win and went to "wtf" when the 10.th flawless win was cashed in.

Spirit-spamming rits are clearly very powerful, more so than a boonprot IMO, it's fortunate they're so mind-numbingly boring to play...

But still , you should not get elites untill you're ascended. Why not take the game up a level, and try finishing it with presearing armour? ( gives the survival title a new look )

TBH i still actually have my starter armor for that character...
