Well, you will need to find out whether her birthday falls on a weekday or the weekend. If it's the weekend, chances are she's going to celebrate it with her family and friends, and it's probably not her in-game family/friends; if it's a weekend, then she's probably going to be at work, and she may decide to pop into the game for a while.

Pssshhh, I showed up for the finale to the Dragon Festival just to party with Gaile, spent 20 minutes just trying to get into International District 1, and by the time I get in, I find out she's in International District 7. So much for loyalty to your number 1 fan! I'm not going through those feelings of hurt and betrayal again.

Seriously, she'll probably spend time with RL friends and family. It's a couple weeks too soon for me to wish her happy birthday, but I'll chip in for a present if someone is collecting. I know she likes Charr mini-pets.

(I wonder what it feels like to be an internet celebrity and loved by tens of thousands )

Don't get me wrong, I like Gaile. She's probably the nicest, most tolerant person ive met on GW. She has no control over skill balances, so by saying they suck, I mean all my offense to the design teams, not Gaile.

On a more on-topic note, a party in Balthazar's temple would be nice, except I hate that place. Let's have it in the Zaishen Challenge or Zaishen Elite.
