As far as I can see from chapters 2 and 3, they are all based off of people in prophecies who were given little background etc. So, I've decided to try to chronicle what other peoples didn't get enough coverage in Ch1 and possibly figure out which peoples may be the focus of chapters to come:
Starting with existing:
Canthans>Factions
Elonians> Nightfall
What other people are left?
Margonites (those other guys who failed to ascend)
The Seekers
Forgotten
Seers
Mursaat > adequately covered IMO
The Deldrimor Dwarves
Orrians (if any remains of them still exist)
Are there any others you would like to share? Feel free to come up with new ideas, etc.

If we're branching out of the human with the Dwarves and the Forgotten (which is out of pattern so far, IMO), we should consider the centaurs of Maguuma. I mean if dwarves can have a civil war, why can't centaurs, somewhere deep in the jungle?
Even if you're right on "new chapters growing out of chapter 1," chances are ANet will keep the main storylines contained to the human offshoots. They want the players to get involved in the story, and that wouldn't be possible in the land of the Forgotten unless we got to play as Forgotten.

Orr could be a possibility, given the fact that most of the Orrians were wiped out by the Cataclysm, but not all of them. Since we haven't seen one Orrian citizen other than the Vizier, they could play on this and have many of the surviving citizens leave to form their own new nation.

The Dwarves were done pretty heavily, I thought.
I would like to know more about the Druids that created Henge of Denravi.
