Bug WIth Rezzes

I am having a problem. Have contacted support 3 times and searched knowledge bases but can find nothing akin to what I am experiencing. My Level 18 Ranger is in Druid's Outlook and The Wilds right now. Since coming here, I have found that there are numerous occasions when she cannot be rezzed at all. The creatures that kill her differ (moss scarabs, wind riders, spiders) and her death penalty ranges from 0% to 60%. The spells used on her have also varied. I waited 1 solid hour while waiting to see if the henchman healer could rez her but did not happen. Because of this bug, I cannot complate all my quests and cannot complete The Wilds cooperative mission. I do not experience an unrezzable death everytime but most of the time it does occur. Additionally, I only play with henchman groups because I tend to go AFK a lot and want the freedom to do so. Any ideas, suggestions, etc? I am really frustrated here.

The only thing I can think of is that DP reduces you hp to such a very low amount, that when your ressed the % your ressed with is less than 1...other than that, is there a Frozen Soil spirit down?

That was my first thought, i.e about my health not being high enough due to death penalty but this has happened a few times when I had 14% penalty or 0% even. The spells I have seen on me when I died were Rotting Flesh or a poison (from moss scarabs). Hvae not seen Frozen Soil spirit that I am aware of but am going to continue to check everything out.
