PC: Perfect Smiting Rod (healing prayers) and Near Perfect Idol!

A couple of items that im having some trouble putting numbers on, and looking for some expert advice.

Gold Smiting Rod
11-22 (req 8 Smiting)
Improves Skill Recharge 10%
Improves Casting of Healing Prayers 20%

Gold Idol
Energy+12 (req 9 Blood)
Health+59 (while Hexed)
Improves skill recharge of Blood Magic 20%

Any advice or PC's are much appreciated. TY

I'm no expert and I hate PCing cross-attribute rods, but I'll give it a go:

Smiting Rod: ~15k

Blood Idol: 20-25k - while hexed and the -1 health might drop it down a little though.

Getting a second opinion is recommended...
