I only do healing as a Monk, I have alot of experience, and I was wondering if I was on the correct track do healing success.

Weapon: Hale Holy Staff of Shelter, 22 Dmg.
( I never use this one, I forgot the one I usully use. It hales the chargeing time, and it is 22 Dmg though)

Energy Tap (Will get Inspired Hex)

( I have more skills, duh, but this is what I usully equip. Depending on the area, I sometimes use Mend Ailment and others)
I need opinions please! I do most of your healing with WoH, and breeze, and the others..and for Warriors I put seed on them.
