Post Count

Just wondering why this forum doesn't show your post count in your posts.

Not sure why we'd want to implement this feature. Would you mind sharing how it would better your viewing of the forums?

It would help show the spam gods

-It would help us see who are the 'fake accounts' to exploit the trading system
-It would help us to see the post/good post ratio. If a person has 50 posts and all 50 posts are one liners like 'I agree' then you can see what type of credibility they have
-Number of posts can be used to judge thier activity level
-Always something to look forward to (lets say 60 posts to get a new title, and the person has 50, then they will try to get at least 10 more posts in; which indirectly increases forum activity)
-Admit it, its fun to see how many posts people make

Just felt like I should help back up this suggestion :P

1. we have better ways to find out
2. i don't think such a feature (counting the letters per post) exists... maybe admins know better
3. we have titles for that
4. you can see your number of posts if you check your profile

Personally I'd better see some sort of junk-o-meter, to filter out spammers, trolls and junk posters.

you can see ppls post count by looking in their profile..mines at 6k+ but then i had alot to say

Na, would just encourage more "game" threads and if it goes like a select other forum I was a regular on, will lead to arguing between spammers and ppl who just want to post. I'm sure at least some ppl would leave and if there isn't any real benefit.. why would we want that? No thanks!

Bane stop bragging. Imn over 8k. And i havent much to say. lol Just kidding. A post count on here would be pointless. The titles give a rough post count and they are alot better to look at then numbers.
