I would say expert salavage, as the fort. enchant is priced at 20k-30k. But, I'm not expert, and the perfect damage mod is nice. But, the skin isn't so nice.

My best guess is salvage, but I wouldn't go for it yet.

i have no idea what the price for this is...but as long as it has a nice damage mod it'll be worth something. plus the perfect health mod is good too
