Staff Upgrades help!

Ok... I am wondering... what is going to be more useful for a healing monk... An Insightful Staff of Fortitude-all max... or should i get the Hale Staff Of fortitude-all max...

I prefer an offhand with a +5 energy sword with an appropriate pommel.

But between your two listed choices I would take the +5 energy over the +30 health mod.

Multiple weapons are usually best, so you will be prepared for most situations. Hopefully, you have found a staff with a Halves skill recharge of Healing Prayers 20%/ Halves casting time of of Healing Prayers 20%. If not, you can purchase various 20%/20% Modified staffs from various collectors.

If your monk is used for PvE, I would go +5 Insightful/+30 Fortitude and/or +30 Hale/20% Enchanting. For PvP, I prefer +5/+5 Defense, +5 Insightful/+5 Defense, and +5 Defense/20% Enchanting .

Ask yourself the question: "Do I having problems with energy or with getting killed?" The answer to that question is the answer to your question.
