Access to a world through the Gods

Ok. my biggest concern is why Anet hasn't continued with new maps through the gods. In C1 we had Balthazar to talk to in ToA to go to FoW. And the other god to go to UW. I don't farm these places much because I got sick of them and I'm not the type to farm like crazy for such way expensive armor. But I loved going there when I did.

When Factions wasn't out I was predicting/hoping that they would add in at least 1 or 2 new maps to go to through the the other gods. At least they should have, inorder to add content and fun to Factions. You know, I actually thought they were going to give us a map to go to through Grenth or Lyssa or whatever god.

You think Anet will implement something cool in Nightfall with the Gods?? Should they?? I know I want to see new maps.

I was thinking about the new God realms yesterday. FoW and UW weren't added to the game since it's launch, it came as time passed and they are NOT related to any of the campaigns, they can be acessed through ToA(Everyone know that) and from Zin Ku Corridor in Cantha(Some don't know that). So, as they are not linked to any of the games but with GW as a whole, we shouldn't expect a new God Realm every expansion, though i do hope we have a new God realm on the next expansion since we will have "angels" as classes and all that.

I expected a new God realm every expansion so eventually every god had a place for us to explore. Oh well, lets see what they do with nightfall.

Hopefully, ANet makes a Lyssa realm and a Malandru realm.

What about Dwayna? A realm of Dwayna would be great. Lyssa's doesnt sound so great as it would probably be full of mesmers..

come on everyone. noone is interested in discussing this. You must be interested in the Gods and the realms. It gives more pve content for us.

I'd love for them to add more divine realms. Since Nightfall seems to be focusing on the gods, it's make perfect sense for them to add a third (or even a fourth) one as a new high-end area.

I don't like them.

1. I never get anything good from the chests
2. It takes me forever to find a taxi and by then the people I go with don't want to go anymore because they are waiting forever on me.

YES. I seriously thought they were going to open up a new realm when Faction's came out. They need to.

What makes you think it'd be full of Mesmers? FoW isn't full of Warriors, is it? UW isn't full of Necromancers, is it?

Technically the FoW isn't Balthazars realm. You might want to take a little look at the chapter 1 manuscripts. Lord Odran entered the rift using it as his own personal dimensional highway. It became the FoW when he died and the dimensions all crossed together in the rift.

If they did have god realms i'd prefer them be more of a training ground area for the different professions the gods represent than another monster filled area.

hmm.. its an ok idea but all together unecessary imo, could be usefull for alot of people tho.

Dwayna could have a realm that was this white and beautiful temple wich has been invaded by dark and unholy beasts and the quests there was to free the temple from these beasts, a large open temple with gigantic rooms and a lot of pools and stuff like that.

Melandru could have something like the forgotten forest or something, guildwars hasn't any real forests yet so here we can have one, the realm is a large forest where the trees are very high and the we could move freely around in the forest, the enemies would be huge animals and insects. This forest would also have a lot of weapon crafter that would craft super-cool and super-expansive weapons that would automatically be customized for you^^^and you needed rare items for these, items like ecto and the weapons crafters would be like the forgemaster.

Lyssa's realm could be a huge crystal cave or something, there would be few enemies here but instead there was high-lv enemies, like a group of 2 lv.30 enemies would be normal here...it could also be some bosses dropping green here....
