this has probly been asked before and im sorry if it has

but, is it possible for my monk to be luxon, but to get the kurzick monk armour?

Sure. Do the "Befriend the Kurzicks" quest, then have more Kurzick faction than Luxon faction on your Hero screen and you can get into Vaasburg Armory and forge your gear. After you get your armor, just get more Luxon faction again.
