Fire Dmg 11-22 (Req 13 Divine Favor)
Halves Casting Time of Healing Prayer Spells ( Chance 20%)
Halves Skill Recharge of Healing Prayer Spells ( Chance 20%)

I realize the req is very high but i still hope it is worth something.
