PC gold max 15/-5 oni blade

Hello hello, I could use a price check on the following:

Sundering Oni Blade of Fortitude (gold)
15-22 (req 9 swordsmanship)
20% armor penetration (19% chance)
Dmg +15% (always)
Energy -5
Health +29

On a side note, I'm also wondering how much I can sell this thing if the mods were...

1) 20/20 sundering with +29 health
2) 20/19 sundering with +30 health
3) 20/20 sundering with +30 health

I read the sticky on weapon mods, so I know bout their value, but I feel the weapon itself also affects overall vale as well.

Any insight is well appreciated, thanks in advance

But modding it does not change the value of the weapon(except for a few K, but totally not worth it)
