So Nightfall is going to be egypt-like?

With such a title, was I the only one who hope to see it more located in the savana/deep desert? A bit like the Mirage expansion in Magic The Gathering.
Anyway I would have prefered it that way, Egypt feels uninspired to me, as if they just took the first african background they had.

Nightfall is loosely north africa based, meaning there will probably be deserts, plains, possibly even some deep dark jungle. Egypt only makes up about 20% of North Africa. Till ANet releases more information, anything you hear that doesn't come from them is to be treated as rumor and speculation, NOT FACT.
