15% enchanted bows aren't exactly highly sought after in-game unless the buyer happens to be a Mending Ranger (R/Mo) or one who has a friendly monk tagging along (let's call him Tonto Monk
) wherever Mr Ranger goes; with Tonto happily keeping Mr Ranger enchanted at all times in battle.
Thus, the big difference in price between 15^50, 15% always and 15% enchanted...
