Alright, this one is a bit more difficult that the other one.

Off the top of my head, the worst Elite is basically any Ranger Spirit Elite. But more specifically, Equinox, because it rarely helps you. Sure, you can combo it with Arcane Languor, but that's 2 Elites. And it doesn't do much.

No such thing as the worst skill. Stupid question to ask or answer. Sure there are moves that work better in PvE than PvP or vice virsa, but there is no such thing as the best skill or worst skill depends on the build and with most elites the elite is the build. GG

Second Wind is AWESOME. If you use it with good energy management and a +30/-2 set.
It's not a bad elite, at all.

Keystone Signet. Maybe it would be useful if it recharged res signet, but it doesnt.

It's not a bad elite, at all. Needing great energy management to be able to use an elite that's supposed be an energy management skill is completely retarded.

maybe amity
others i can see their use in pve/pvp or in a clutch situation
this one, naw, just aint seein it with the 45 recharge and time/effect

The most retarded, useless, elite in the game.

+1 energy regen? Ill take the +9 or so that Ether offers.

PnH is pretty bad. Wither is owned by Malaise. Unyielding Aura's only use is to rez people and kill them again. Keystone Signet is pretty useless too.

Primal Rage is horrible, Icy Veins seems pretty bad, maybe it can combo with EoE...
Mirror of Ice, it looks good in words, but it does a lot less than you think.

ok go find a use for quivering blade... wich is the same as glarath or silverwing xceot if u miss it is disabled and u are dazed....

go ahead find a use for that skill

Eh, this is one of those things where "One man's junk is another man's treasure" situations. Personally, i felt so happy when I capped my first elite skill, only for it to turn out to be nothing i'll ever use; Warrior's endurance.

go ahead find a use for that skill Quivering blade is awesome. Combine it with Plague Touch and that Boon Prot is in for a rough ride. :P
