Just to be annoying I created a somewhat viable build with keystone signet:
[skill]Signet of Disruption[/skill] [skill]Signet of distraction[/skill] [skill]Signet of Weariness[/skill] [skill]Leech Signet[/skill] [skill]Signet of Humility[/skill] [skill]Signet of Disenchantment[/skill] [skill]Keystone Signet[/skill] [skill]Unnatural Signet[/skill]
Features:
- Every 10th second you can interrupt and disable a skill for 32 seconds (@ 12 dom)
- ~65 dmg spiking ability
- 3 interrupts with various bonuses against spells
- permanent elite skill disabling
- unanaffected by energy i.e. immune to e-denial/pressure
For example, you could interrupt/disable one monks skills, while maintaining elite-disabling on the other one and still join up in spikes with armor-ignoring damage.
Not that bad huh?

Edit: It seems that [skill]Wastrel's Collapse[/skill] has been nominated, in which case, the users must have forgotten about [skill]Diversion[/skill].
For instance, cast Diversion on target monk, and quickly follow up with Collapse. Resulting in a diversion lock-down followed by a knock-down (unless they remove the hex or cast a skill). Optimally, it's an 8 second knock-down. More than enough to kill the other monk. Or even better. Watch the 1st monk and wait for him to use his hex removal, when he does cast the combo on 2nd monk and spike the first one. q.e.f.
