This is a fun thread, Id like to see what kind of skills you would enjoy Having.
For Necromancer i would like a new Minion..*Not elite*
Animated Scorpion 15E, 5A ,20R
Creates a lvl (2.....18) Scorpion *Doesnt need A Corpse* That will do
Piercing dmg and Couse Poison wich does 3- Health degeneration..
When animated scorpoin dies. The master will Be Poisoned for 5 seconds
*You cant cast Taste of death on Him Or use Blood of the master *

Whirling Water 30E, 5, ,10R
Whirlwind water will couse Create a sircle of water wich will drag any Characters for ( 10 seconds ) and when it ends all gets knocked and Gets
(15......60) Damage. For every Person that got damaged you Lose 2+ Energy

Personally before they add a new Necromancer Summon, I want Animate Minons to reflect the actual skill icon. Instead of being smaller horrors, to actually be undead scarabs.

Seeing as now two classes will be able to shout, I think it would be vital to have an anti-shout condition. The Paragons are able to shout chant and so are warriors. Shouts can't be removed unlike enchants and what not. So to maintain them from being too powerful, some skills could be used. Although this in itself can be controversial, seeing as enchants are usually stronger then shouts. We'll just have to see the extent of the Paragon's power.
Deafness - While suffering from deafness you cannot be effected by shouts.

Thunder - 25, 3, 30 (Air Magic)
Spell. All target foe's in the location where this spell was casted are knocked down and suffer from deafness for 3....19 seconds.

Screeching Arrow - 5, 10 (Marksmanship)
Bow Attack. Fire an arrow 3 times faster then the normal firing rate. This arrow causes deafness to target foe and any adjacent foes for 3....12 seconds.

Ear Ache - 10, 20 (Illusion Magic)
Hex Spell. Target foe suffers from 1...3 health degeneration for 4.....13 seconds. When Ear Ache ends, target foe suffers from deafness for 5....16 seconds.

Singe - 15, 10 (Fire Magic)
Skill. Touch Target foe causing burning for 1...4 seconds.

Nevin, I have to agee with you that they need to make minions look like they do on the icon. I also think that deafness is a reasonable addition that could be implimented. And I really like the idea of non corpse summos for the necro.

i would like to see new minions also, but not another melee or bow type. i want either a mage that spams flare or other low dmg spells, or a support minion. the support minion would have an aura of sorts and would increase the effectiveness of the other minion, but have less life/armor. it could give maybe +3 regen to all undead allies while in range, or +dmg/crit hit. the +3 regen wouldnt be overpowered because minions auto degen anyways, it would just let them last a bit longer.
also some more direct fire skills wouldnt hurt

I think there should be a Necromancer Minion resembling the Ghost-like-things the Vizier summons to help you at certain parts in the game.
Also I think there should be one or a few new Elementalist self healing skills.

Now onto the idea about shouts.

Isn't it three classes that can shout? Warrior has skills like "Charge" and "Fear Me". Then there is the new paragon with their shouts. But it seems like a lot of people overlook that rangers have shouts also. Beast Mastery line:
Call For Protection
Call For Haste
Outygh's Cry (useless...)
Preditary Bond
Symbiotic Bond
Those are all shouts. Three Clasess
