The idea is to blow up your map to gigantic proportions and hunt down any fog like a junkie hunting down smack. I made my way to 98% and gave up. it just isn't worth the headache, and there are more fun titles (for me) to get. Skill hunter = awesome.

On-continent PvP areas do count, but aren't neccessary to get 100%. The Battle Islands do not count.
