Well, if it had a hp mod, it could possibly be used on an ele. I know monks use shields for energy management purposes sometimes. Obviously the shield wouldn't be usefull to a warrior. Anyway, I'll merchant this, unless someone here wants it. You can have it for 100k+20 ectos
