PC on Mossbeard's Wand

I know there's a section on greens and I've looked in there, actually I even sold a Mossbeard's earlier this week for 40k (the buyer suggested that price after checking here). The thing is I've gotten a 2nd one that I've been trying to sell, but I've seen people 'wtb' for 5k and another told me that he'd seen someone selling one earlier for 5-8k

So which is it? Is it 30-50 as is listed in this forum, or is it only 5?
