Why is my friend permanentally banned while he didn't use a farm-BOT-thing-y?! He just paid about 100 euro's for nothing!! This sucks Giraffe Balls!!!

If, as you say, your friend has done nothing wrong then he should contact ANET to ask for an explination - keep on at them proclaiming your case.

Also do a search on here, if it's working, for similar threads - been a few.

Some accounts have been reinstated - ANET error

If he is innocent, and persistent (Without spamming), he will lose nothing. He should contact GW support. He gets to see the url in the login screen.

Maybe your friend got banned for other reasons, like selling stuff via ebay?

If he bought in game gold for real money, he can be banned just for that.

If he didn't buy money, then I suggest you write a complaint to arenanet (or have him do it.)
