Requirement: Blood (up to 12)
Mods: NO ele, mes or rit mods. Condition reduction and blood/death/curses are ok.
Skin: Shadow, Zodiac or Platinum staves (no other types pls)

Paying up to 30k but while I may pay more for the right staff, I do not really need a perfect one either.
