i ll have 4/5 big deal soon so im thinking to max out skill title coz its cheapest way (i think)...

but when i was counting i find that there are 180 elite skills not 225 which is needed for max-skill title..

any1 know somethin about this ?

Max skill title is not 225. It is the maximum visible title, because there are only 180 elite skills and the title continues on into later chapters.

No, it does not count towards the KoaBD title unless you have it literally maxed, which is currently impossible.
