yeah the armor certainlly would fit though they certainly did not create her with the idea to put her in Nightfall. But yeah I don't see why they couldn't use the armor or something similar.

here's a random thought, When i first saw the concept art I always thought it was a image of the goddess Dwayna. I mean we generally only see her as a stone statue in her honour, but the way she was included in concept art, that's the impression I got. maybe i'm totally off base on that ,but it was my impression

I dont know, the paragon looks pretty...unclothed...so far, maybe that image is gunna be used after all
