if you are running an enchantment heavy build (I.e. elemental attunement + Fire Attunement + Aura of Restoration) then yes, it is pretty nice.
you can buy one for about 50k, or make your own for about 20k or less with a collector staff.

i dont like the collectors staff i really WANT the REAL Ragos staff + my build is a Echo Fire Nuker so im using enchatments like Fire Attunement and Aura Of Restoration all the time
