The Preview Event: Halfway point, literally

The preview event is scheduled for July 28th, I find this interesting because A Net announced that they would release expansions once every 6months.

July 28th is EXACTLY 3 Months after the day that factions was released, so if they are really staying exact on the 6month thing then we should Nightfall around October 28th.

So technically the Preview Event for GW: NF is an exact halfway marking for the release.

It sounds like nice timing, but from what I've read Nightfall development was started in November last year, so a year development would mean a November release - ok I suppose starting beginnig of November last year and releasing end of October this year would be a year, but all I've head is they started in November.

Also I would rather hear them announce a November release, than have them announce an October 28th release but no Halloween.

Of course this is just speculation and maybe with the new events team they feel they can do both!
