i've beet all the missions, and i heard there are quests that give u more attribute points? i was wondering what/where they are?

There are 2 of them that give 15 attribute points each. One is in the desert. I believe you get the quest from Destiny's Gorge. The 2nd is south of Copperhammer Mines and you get the quest from Vanyi (or is it Sanyi) in Droknar's Forge.
