Easter egg? Confessor Dorian <-> Zhang Liao (DW)

Is this the right forumsection?

Anyways, I noticed something that may be a simple coincidence. But it might be an easter egg too.

SPOILERS

In the D'alessio seasomething mission, you have to fight off a crapload (really, a crapload) of monsters together with Confessor Dorian. You camp at a shrine of mending and the waves just keep coming.
This is kind of similar to the Dynasty Warriors series by Koei.
In DW, you fight a lot of troops and officers and get killcounts of way over 100. So this particular battle has a lot in common with DW.

What is weird is that Dorian is the ONLY white mantel guy who has the weird hat.

Check out this picture of Dorian, also keep in mind the way his body is shaped.

When I did the mission today, he had a healing staff instead of a wand.

Notice the similarities?

I believe there are also similarities in the personality of both characters.

So is this a coincidence or is this an easter egg/intended?

I guess I can see similarities, but Id hardly call it an easter egg, perhaps coincidence or one was inspired by the other.

Not to be racist, but did anyone ever notice that the White Mantle... arent white?

DW is like alot of games, starwars battle front[the siege on the wokkie world, you have to hold out in a oil factory at one point in the story line], halo, you have to kind of hold out in the reactor as it starts to go criticle, king of the hill in any game, fort aspenwood for the kurzicks, most of the examples are similar.

don't kill me for spelling the walking carpets' name wrong, I don't really care to memorize it
