Delteing Your Orginal Characters

So, I have been playing for ten months now got both Factios and Prophecies adn was just wondering how many of you have deleted your orginal character. I, myself, could never bring myself to delete mine, mainly because i have invsted so much in him. So, yeah, my question again is, did you delete your orginal character and why?

Oh yes, my fist character didn't survive very far from pre-searing. The second character was deleted after finishing the game because I got bored with it. Now I'm considering deleting one of my older characters to recreate it with Canthan face.
Yeah I think those minipets are out of my reach if I keep this up. At least I got Kuunavang.

Well lets see over the past year or so of playing guild wars, I have played and deleted over 50 chars including my original (which I now deeply regret). About 20 of these chars I did actually get to lvl 20 but they too met their end.

My very first character was deleted just after post sear. i wasnt happy with the build, however, I had created a second character in the mean time, so I have 2 that are approaching their 1st Birthdays about a month apart. and personally, like you, even though I dont play my first character that much (She's an Ele), the time Ive invested in her would just kill me, cant bring myself to delete her.

I deleted my first Ranger 'cus one of the Ranger's hair has a BOLD PATCH! so I made Bad Apache who is perfect in everyway, with a full wod of hair.

My first ever character didn't make it to level 10. My first level 20 character got deleted about nine months ago.

I've done it many, many times.. My first ranger only lasted a few minutes but I dont count her. My 'real' first character, another ranger, I had for the longest time.. deleted her a bit before factions (and minipets :|) came out because I was sick of her appearance. She would of course had a minipet by now, ironically so would my first ele (I think), monk and probably mesmer but I deleted all of them too, and they were well into their level 20 hood. I had remade another ele and deleted her after she was level 20 and such. I made a cantha ele recently and Im about to delete her and change her hair. .. I invested alot of time and gw money into them (er, well, the first four of the aforementioned :P )and deleted them all because I was sick of their appearances. ... most of my guild thinks I've got issues.

I deleted my first character to try different combinations and clear up a PvP slot. That character happened to be the one I played least....

i deleted my first character because its face was ugly imo, deleted my second character because its eyes didnt match the armour i liked, deleted my 3rd charactrer to make a nec and deleted that nec to make a mes

I deleted my first char. She was a wammo, she'd finished Prophecies (was up to the Defend Such-And-Such quests), but didn't have all her elites. By the time I finally deleted her, my monk was fully developed, as was my mesmer and (I think) my ranger. We only had 4 slots before Factions, and I wanted to try an Elementalist out, so I dropped my warrior.
And missed out on a minipet, damn it. >.<

I always delete my characters, when I reach lvl20. I don't intend to, but it just happens. Suddenly I wake up in the morning, delete the character I played most of the time and start a new one. I like creating new characters. My second account has some very old character, but they are all about lvl 9. They just left pre-sear, and I decided to play my first account again.

I deleted my first two. One.) A warrior I took to Post way too soon and still had no idea what I was doing and, Two.) a Ranger I just didn't like the looks of. The next four I made I fell in love with. They're all special in their own way and I'll never delete them. Others will come and go, but not these.

I deleted my first to make way for my mesmer...but I don't even play my other 5 characters any more. Monk is taking all the love :/

Still have my 4/28/05 R/Mo and the E/Mo that I started a couple of weeks later, but seldom play them anymore. The rest just come and go.

I deleted my first character, a R/E to Make room for a Me/N. He had made it all the way through Prophecies & raised a couple of pets to level 20, but he was getting kinda boring to play.
Making room for my Me/N was a good move. I play her almost exclusively now, every once in a while pulling out my W/* (my oldest character) to beat up on Ettins or my Monk to visit Ascalon, LA or Droks to sell stuff & answer newbies' questions.

level 14 ele got deleted, it was the first character, my brother tryed the game and didn't like so i took over his account and since then, its been my account.

Yes I did it as I just had a bought off the shelf Monk with few changes.I was taken to post way to early and didn't get al my skill in pre.I was taken there by an 11 year old don't trust 11 year olds.This was My Misty Maiden and I was almost ready to ascend her but decided I wanted to make some changes to her looks as we don't have in game char editor I had to redo her all over agian.The secound time I did way much better with her and I like her more than before no way will I delete her agian.
I away hated the fact that she was shorter than Alesia that did bug me so I made her bigger as tall as I could get her.I deleted a few other to not as great as a loss as My 1st Monk.
