i dont have factions, so i dunno if those skins u asking for are only for staves, since u also mentioned wands and offhands, which, in tyria, dont really vary for the req attribute (i.e. truncheons=curses, deadly cestas=death, etc). SO, if interested, i have a max gold Deadly Cesta, req 9 death, +5 energy above 50, and 9% global fast cast, for 20kish. if not, free bump for you
