Hammers aren't that desired anymore, but I think you could get ~10-20k off this.

And NO, ADDING MODS DOES NOT CHANGE THE VALUE OF THE WEAPON, THE WEAPON PRICE IS OFF THE INHERENT MODS ONLY
Basically, you probably would get more for that 20/20 Sundering alone than the hammer.
