i'd salvage the hammer... either mod is worth more on its own than the whole hammer
might get a few plat for the shield cos of skin.

Hammer - Salvage, as said before by Peachie the mods are worth MORE than the actual hammer as a whole.

Shield - Id say Merchant or 2-5k for the skin~
