Alliances and Factions

Hi there - I was wondering if Alliances and the Alliance system are going to be forever tied to Factions.
Right now if you want to join an alliance, you have to get to one of the two faction towns.
This leaves out guilds which wish to remain neutral right now, but I can see at some point some guild leader not having factions and would not be able to ally. Right now there are only 2 chapters- is this another Factions only 'feature'?

99 % it will be tied to faction players..after ch3 will be released you will not gona find single one to AB with him, fort and jade will keep reseting timer and you can hold cavalon or house zu heltzer for 200 K faction

I hope they implent something to combine...somehow.

Yeah, I'm enjoying ABs while they last. And to heck with that Friend of the Kurzicks title. Until I see that alliances will mean something in Chap 3, I'm going for Storer of Amber.
