Yet another Gothic defender

I could use a pricecheck on an item i came along.

Gothic Defender
Req 8 Tactics
-2 while in a stance
+57 HP while hexed

I'd guess it's worth around 50 plat. Tactics is "meeh" and the while hexed condition isn't too popular as well. But i'm not quite sure how rare those gothic defenders really are, plus it's low req so i could use different opinions on this one.
