PC on gold 15^50 Jitte Req. 11

Shocking Jitte of Enchanting
Lightning Dmg: 15-22 (Requires 11 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Enchantments last 19% longer

I realize the shocking mod may bring the price down, so I'd also like to get a price check on it if the shocking mod were replaced with a sundering, zealous, vampiric, or other non-elemental mod.

20-30k IMO, new skin, but I think that maybe a little too high, get a second opinion.
