PC on perfect offhand weird stats

I've seen offhands with +5 armor -5 energy before, but never with +30 hp so i thought I'd get an opinion because i have no idea

Quiet weird, But Monks require the energy more than they need HP (55). I don't think I'd go for much. 5-10k in my book atleast.

it is worth quite a bit for pvp, as in HA and gvg weapon swaps with high and low energy are demanded the +30hp and +5 armor makes it a very nice swap to drop a few energy
