Shock (it has a shocking hilt) damage: 15-22 (Req. 10)
+19% Dmg. While hexed

I realize +19% isn't perfect (obviously) and I don't think while hexed is exactly ideal either, but if its worth something, please tell me

merch or salvage, flamberge is not a very popular skin and hex mod is not popular eather
