They are Furious Chromium Shards of Enchanting.
they are 15^50% and perfect furious and enchanting mods....
Difficult to say a price... Not particularly rare, pretty high requireement too at 12, and maybe worth 5 to 10k, but im not an expert on daggers so I could be wrong.
but hopefullythis will give someone who knows a bit about daggers the chance to PC them more accurately
P.S. IM not sure if salvaging will give you an english mod but the enchanting mod may be more valuable...
