I know this topic has been viewed before, but I have to say it again, GW needs a trading system. I mean, shouting WTS, WTB in Lions Arch and in any other town of the game sucks. I have to make an ugly comparison here: I’ve been playing The Saga of Ryzom recently, and their trading system rocks. It is an Auction House based system, you place your stuff for sale on any merchant ofin a town and other people can go and view all what is being sold by other people, it even has filters of price, type of item you want, etc. Lets see how would you like to go to a merchant in Droks and you filter to view only axes, and filter to view only rare Axes. Then, you can filter by a price range. It would be awesome.
The Auction House system must be added to the game soon, and I hope the do it for all players, not just those that buy the next expansion. (I think they are becoming Blizzard-like greedy.)
Any thoughts?
Have a nice day.

T-minus 10 seconds and counting until this gets closed/merged...

I believe that is a good idea. Though it could possibly do away with the material, dye, rare material, scroll, and rune trader npcs. Unless it is set to be only for equiptment, in which those npcs would still get to exist.
Either way, I think it's a good idea. It will make it easier to obtain things, and not having to sit in LA or Kaineng sifting through the wts spam.
