What is a 55 build for a Mo/W and W/Mo, i only have factions.

Look in the Campfire section. You will find all sorts of builds for all sorts of classes. A 55 monk build is probably one of the most common used in the guild wars history tho not so common i think in factions. But go there anyway to see a variety of skill sets for this and other builds
