one question i have never gotten answered by my guildees, i used up ny chances to switch to Euro dist and it says i have one chance left , anyone know if i use it to swtich if i wil ever get to go back even though?

What you have is what you have to work with. Make one more switch and you'll stay there forever. Although, I don't really know if buying another chapter really adds more chances (which, IMO, really should). But yes, if you make the switch and run out of chances, that's it. Even pleading to Anet won't help.
